AGV Reschedule & Refund Policy:
AGV Reschedule & Refund Policy for Stem Cell Therapy referrals and all other Health & Wellness products or services purchased from Assisted Global Vitality (AGV) directly.
Assisted Global Vitality (AGV), is committed to providing transparent and fair policies for our clients. AGV has a Refund Policy that applies to Stem Cell Therapy referrals and all other Health & Wellness products or services Purchased from Assisted Global Vitality (AGV) directly or on our website. Please refer to this policy to completely understand your rights, responsibilities, and the procedures regarding refunds.
- Deposit Payment Requirements:
Prior to securing any appointment with the AGV affiliated clinic, the client will make a non-Reschedule & Refundable deposit payment to secure the appointment for therapy. This non-refundable deposit is required to secure the appointment, the donor stem cells, and all the administrative and logistical preparations prior to the actual appointment date.
- Final Payment Requirements:
The remainder of the full payment for therapy must be settled directly with the clinic at the time of the scheduled therapy appointment.
- Cancellation and Forfeiture Policy:
In the event that the client fails to arrive on time for the scheduled appointment, the deposit payment will be forfeited. If the client needs to reschedule an appointment with the affiliated clinic the client will have to follow the clinics policy and procedure for rescheduling.
- Rescheduling Policy:
If a client needs to reschedule an appointment, they must contact AGV at least 14 days prior to the scheduled appointment date.
Rescheduling requests made within this timeframe may be accommodated without additional fees to the client. All rescheduling requests will be dependent on the clinic’s availability. If the client fails to provide 14 days’ notice, the down payment may be forfeited, subject to the discretion of the clinic and AGV.
Clients are responsible for any additional costs to AGV or the affiliated clinic that may arise due to the client rescheduling.
- Refunds Due to Medical Unsuitability or Clinic Cancellation:
If the clinic’s medical team determines that the client is not suitable for therapy after the pre-therapy assessment, the remaining unpaid balance of the full payment may be eligible for a refund, minus any administrative fees due to the clinic. AGV will work with the clinic to ensure an appropriate and fair resolution.
If the affiliated clinic cancels the therapy prior to the appointment date for any reason, AGV reserves the right to reschedule the client at another affiliated clinic to receive the desired therapy. If rescheduling with another affiliated clinic cannot be facilitated within a reasonable time period AGV will refund the deposit payment.
- Refunds Due to Client’s Change of Mind:
If a client wishes to cancel their therapy appointment due to a personal decision change of mind, the deposit payment is non-refundable. Refunds for the remaining balance will be subject to the clinic’s policies and may incur additional cancellation fees.
Requests for refunds due to a change of mind should be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the treatment date.
- Administrative Fees:
Please note that all refunds may be subject to an administrative fee, depending on the specific policies of the clinic. This fee covers the costs associated with processing cancellations, rescheduling, and refunding.
- Special Circumstances:
AGV understands that unexpected personal or medical issues may arise, preventing clients from attending their scheduled therapy. In such cases, AGV will work with clients on a case-by-case basis to review rescheduling options, partial refunds, depending on the specific circumstances and clinic policies.
- How to Request a Reschedule or Refund:
Clients may request a reschedule or refund in writing by emailing AGV’s customer service team at support@AssistedGlobalVitality.com.
Please provide your booking confirmation, reason for cancellation, and any supporting documentation (e.g., medical documents in the case of illness or medical unsuitability).
AGV will review your request promptly and coordinate with the clinic to ensure that your request is processed fairly and in accordance with the policies outlined above.
- Processing Time for Refunds:
Once approved, refunds may take up to 14 business days to process, depending on the payment method and any applicable administrative requirements by AGV or the clinic.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Debit or Credit card or ACH to a bank account. AGV will notify you when the refund has been processed.
